I've just tried cloud gaming with my iPad and laptop, but neither of them work. Both my devices recognize the controller, but when I get to the game loading screen the controller doesn't work. I tried troubleshooting but it didn't work. I was using chrome on my laptop and safari on my ipad. anyone else experiencing the same?

Having the same issue. On a Xbox Series X using a Razer Wolverine Ultimate Officially Licensed Xbox One Controller. With trigger locks on I am having issues with using heal items. Some trigger pulls will not activate usage of item. Also having issues with choosing the daily quest.
